Last Monday I call Comcast for the third time to remove old cable completely on right side of the house when you are facing the house from the road because I am converting to gas and the gas company is running a meter to that side of the house. When I spoke the service representative I explain what this need to be taken care of that I try two other time and when they upgrade and move the cable to the other side the should have removed it then. She reassure me that she spoke with her supervisor and she was also going to email it to the maintain department and someone would call me within two hours which never happen. Then next day when I got home in the evening from work, I went to turn on the TV and had no TV or internet service. I check the connections so I call Comcast. I got message on the TV screen sorry for the interruption maintain in progress and could take up to 3 minutes. The representative on the phone said he would call me back and look into the other matter with no one calling me back.....well he never called me back. On Wednesday Morning I turned on the TV and still not nothing....when I came home and turn on the TV still nothing so I called Comcast back. I told them to send a tech rep to the house and give me credit which he did for not having cable for over 48 hours. The next day on Thursday the service tech came to the home and found that someone from Comcast cut the main cable line on the right side of the house instead of removing the cable line on the right side of the house that I stated when I called Monday. The had to run an hold new cable line from the telephone pole to the house to restore my service. It is unacceptable costumer service and when you do call comer service you have to pray that you get someone that you can understand that speak English well that you can understand them when you are trying to troubleshoot the problem. Also the cost of the cable to total unaffordable. You need to add more chancels to the basic package like it was before like NJ 12, Weather Channel, Movie Channel, Life time, ABC Family, Disney Nick Jr.
