Xfinity is AWFUL for services, customer service, etc.


I have had endless issues with Comcast from the beginning. I honestly don't even have the time and energy to make a complaint about each and every incident, so let's just talk about the most current issue.

I called customer service at 5:30 this evening requesting to pay $100 on my bill and to postpone the rest to next Friday. The representative told me that my request was acceptable and made a note so I could pay the $100 dollars after I loaded money onto my card. At around 7 this evening I went to pay the amount I was told would keep my services secure and was told by another representative that my request wouldst be possible. They also told me that my services were disconnected even though my fiancee was currently using the internet to chat with another representative. We spoke to 3 representatives Plus a supervisor who all told us different information. The final woman I spoke to was the only sane, reasonable person who was able to assist me. It's been almost 2 hours that I have been dealing with this terrible service. The worst part is that my problem STILL isn't solved because no one knows what anyone else is doing there. I was told by the last woman that my services were secure with my $100 payment. When I went on chat again to report the poor customer service of the representatives I was told I had a disconnect date. Again, NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!

Two hours later and I'm talking to another supervisor (though the first one said they were the only one,that they could not transfer me to a different supervisor ). Only 2/6 of the people we have spoken with have actually been competent. I am beyond stressed with this company, I have been caused so much grief from multiple problems on their end. That's the thing, it's always mistakes on their end from being unorganized and giving me broken equipment multiple times in a row. Again, I have so much rage and stress from all of the problems I have faced, the terrible customer service, the broken equipment, and NEVER having said issues resolved. I was told by the supervisor that I was not able to make a complaint about them or the previous rude representatives. This cannot be true. Those people need to be reprimanded, no one deserves to have to speak to them.
