Scams from Xfinity - Xfinity home security
I ordered Xfinity Home Security from Comcast/Xfinity. I have never in my life been through such a horrific nightmare! The story is so long and horrible, I will just say do not even look at their website...move on. Now, they are telling me that I am a liar because I was promised a $200 Visa Gift Card for ordering home security with a 2 yr. service. I read the offer to the salesperson to verify that I would receive this card and she said yes. So I signed up based on this "special" offer. It has been 3 months and after 27 hours of dealing with their horrible customer service and being bounced all over the place, they finally told me that the promotion was not available when I placed my order. This is complete crap! I had the browser open and I read it to the salesperson to confirm I would be getting it. I would rather have no home security than this scam and all the stress their horrible company causes. They must offer their employees $50 bonus for each $200 they can scam from their customers. Run from this company! Oh, and their internet is the worst ever~
