Miserable Experience - xfinity cable and internet


The worst customer service experience. After getting over the initial hurdles of setup/install (including defective equipment) & package pricing, I was hounded for pastdue account balances as a result of inaccurate billing. Each time, I explained to the customer service reps the situation & informed them that I would continue to make routine payments every 2 weeks. I spoke with reps who were arrogant, contentious, & condescending. Rather than being empathetic & identifying a solution, they scolded me.
I am not a bad customer or criminal & I shouldn't be treated as such. I politely tolerated it, frankly, a lot longer than I should have leading the first review I've ever written.

There were 2 gentleman who at least maintained positive attitudes but overall this experience has left a very sour taste & I am in NO WAY interested in doing business this way.
