I feel like all costumer service is based on lie! You can' trust their offers, and anytime you ask them to put the offer in writing, such as email, they say that the company policy forbid this.
I signed up for a deal triple play with priced locked for 12 month. Six month later, price went up by 25%, and they kept billing my credit card. I was not checking my bills because I trusted them, big mistake!
Now I am trying to obtain refund, but they keep saying that price was looked for only 6 month. I have an original conversation recorded, and the representative clearly said 12 month and repeat it several time in conversation, but since they already have my money, they care less to listen it. Company of liars and scams!!!
At this point, I only cans say:SHAME ON OWNERS!!!
