Comcast Xfinity Pixilation Issues - Comcast XFinity Cable/Internet


I have continuous issues with pixilation on Xfinity On Demand. A service technician came and told me that I have old equipment and need to go to the local office in Chico, CA to get it upgraded which is very annoying since I have only had the service over a year and he told me I should have gotten the latest equipment at that time. I feel there is something going on besides the equipment because I have been told by Comcast Service that they did some fix and it got better but then started again. I pay almost $200 a month for this service. I feel that Comcast should send out a technician with the latest equipment and install it for me since it was available at the time I started the service and I was given older refurbished equipment. I also have the internet service which goes out and I have to keep resetting the modem.
