CHARGING FOR FAST INTERNET - XINITY INTERNET "Extreme 105: "Blast" t,"Extreme 150" "XI GIGABIT PRO 2000"

Comcast has been charging communties for fast internet speed (105MBPS to 150MBPS) and admitted that it is not providing such speeds to many areas,even though customers are paying for such speeds. This has been verified by Comcast Tech support.
