    I have been a Comcast - Xfinity customer for three years. About two years ago, I went through a terrible divorce and legally changed my name. I called Comcast Customer service to notify them of this change. They acted as if they had received my information correctly, repeated it back to me, but nothing changed.   • Worst company I have ever dealt with



    WIth no exaggeration Comcast/Xfinity is the worst, most inept and unethical company I have ever dealt with. They missed two install appointments, never got my internet service to work, lied to me on numerous occasions, and caused me to lose two full days of work. Thier customer service personnel are polite and attentive... but what good is that when the company itself does not care a bit for their customers.   • best internet ever



    welp having comcast for almost a year now i can finally see why people commit suicide honestly comcast has helped me through so well i pay 90 dollars a month for high rated speeds of about 5.5 mbps boy thats FAST not only that but i feel that comcast tries very hard with their connection i once got my internet going at about 0.1 mbps so i wondered how i could make it faster i then smashed my router in a bowl of gravy mixed with dog shit and got it to work at about 0.2 mbps absolutely perfection i also feel that i can get better reception if i tie a fucking antenna to my dick and leave it in...   • comcast internet complaint



    we have had problems with spotty internet, internet dropping service and internet not working at all on specific devices in the house for the last year since they gave us the new xfinity modem with wireless. Comcast has been to our house four times and I have made many phone calls and we still have bad internet service.     Warning to all Comcast customers, and I've been one for far too many years now. I've had poor reception for the last couple of years, but now my service just freezes every 20 or 30 minutes.   • Comcast Internet/cable worst ever!



    Comcast is literally the worst service provider I've ever experienced! We pay for wifi/cable... we live in a one bedroom apartment and our wifi doesn't even reach our bedroom and is so beyond terrible that we have to have an Ethernet cord always plugged in to our laptops just so they work and we can use the internet.   • X1 Platform



    We have been loyal Comcast customers for years. However, we decided to upgrade to the X1 Platform, what a mistake. There are constant issues of not being able to use the DVR. After a power and cable outage our entire DVR recordings were erased (about 70% full). We tried to work with Customer Service for about 3 weeks to restore the recordings to no avail.   • Misrepresentation by sales department



    Called Comcast last week to inquiry into a triple play package based on a mailing. The mailing stated that a qualified triple play plan would receive a $200 pre-paid visa card. Only managed to be $100 despite purchasing the second most expense plan. Now, the good part. I get an email confirming from Comcast stating there is a 69 dollar install fee. I was told the fee was being waived since I would have to pay a termination fee with existing provider.     We just moved into a new city, so I set up my comcast account online, reserved an appointment by a service personnel for last Saturday 11-1 pm. As I couldn't wait for wifi, I called their customer service number and asked if I can set it up by myself. Rep said yes, so I went to pick up the equipment from the local Comcast center. The guy explained me what to do and the phone number to activate the service. I did all that and called that afternoon.   • Billing SNAFU from Comcast



    Last month, April, 2014, I was over-billed by Comcast to the tune of $500 plus. This month, I have been over-billed by Comcast in the amount of $600 plus. It seems that the problem is that I have billed repeatedly for the same service. I paid my April bill in full, after an adjustment by someone in charge of such at Comcast, and multiple phone calls and service "tickets."   • SUCKY SERVICES FROM COMCAST



    My internet kept going out, called Comcast, told had a virus. Spent $60 and repair shop found nothing wrong with the laptop. Called Comcast again, after several minutes on the phone spoke to person and Comcast came out again. This time technician blamed it on my brand NEW modem/router, sent it back to manufacturer and LEASED 1 from Comcast, same problem. While all this was going on my tv was also going out.
