  • Terrible Service

    The worst customer service experience. After getting over the initial hurdles of setup/install (including defective equipment) & package pricing, I was hounded for pastdue account balances as a result of inaccurate billing. Each time, I explained to the customer service reps the situation & informed them that I would continue to make routine payments every 2 weeks. I spoke with reps who were arrogant, contentious, & condescending. Rather than being empathetic & identifying a solution, they scolded me.     Almos ALL of my channels aren't working and either is my on-demand. When on a channel I receive the error message "one moment please- this channel should be available shortly. Ref code:S0900. This has been happening for several days now. Today I can't get ANY of the channels I like to work, now I'm beyond annoyed. Obviously my definition and com casts definition of "shortly" are extremely different, please fix this ASAP....I would like to watch TV. At least get on-demand to work so I can watch SOMETHING!!!!!!   • out of contract

    I was told that I did not have a contract for services as of Aug of 13. Now that I want to cancel my services they are telling me that I do have a contract until July 2014. I have already gotten other services. They told me the early termination fee would be $150 and when I went to pay it they told me it would be $400. I have been on the phone with them since 8 am and it is currently 1:00. My services have yet to be canceled and NO ONE has any idea what is going on.   • Moving Date

    We are moving our office on 1/16 and even though I contacted Comcast on 12/9, I was told on 1/3 that the expected construction finish time was not until 2/21/14. We are moving our business out and will not have phone and internet at this point. I have called, made repeated emails to my Business Sales Rep (which go ignored). We cannot move our business and have no phone and internet for over a month. This is completely unacceptable! We will be cancelling all of our comcast accounts if this cannot be done on time. More...
