    Comcast was first scheduled to show up to my house Monday to hook up the cables out front, and they did not show. We rescheduled for Thursday morning, still no show, then they were suppose to come that evening, nope! Today they did not show for the 10 am appointment, i would cancel this whole package with Comcast if my boyfriend did not want to stay with them! There customer service is terrible, i would not recommend them at all to anyone. More...

  • They lie!



    Comcast changed my monthly rate with no notification and charged me for ~ $50 more. When I contacted online customer service they offered me a promotion but when I called them they told me can't confirm that online offer. So, offered me a more expensive monthly charge. After one month, they even didn't even stayed in that offer and increased the bill without notification! When I called them they only apologized and said that they cannot give me that promotion! They did not explain why they offered promotions two times and breached them every time! More...

  • reliabilty issues



    While Comcast boasts high speed internet, and indeed they have numbers to back it up, they don't advertise their reliability and for good reason. What good is an incredibly high speed internet when this past week the internet has crashed numerous times for more than a few hours at a time. I am incredibly frustrated with this so-called service and I have come to believe that their market plan was to see how many customers they could lose.
