    1) returned malfunctioning cable box to Bellevue, Wa service center on Aug 3 2) my turn was skipped. I complained and a staff tells me "I called your name 3 times.     I have called numerous times to this company and have sat on hold waiting for a customer service representative for over 25 minites each time and even after that noone answerd my call....customer service is absolutelg HORRIBLE and you can NEVER get anything accomplished and who and where do they make you pay the next months bill before you pay for the prior month...this cable is absolitely horrible and sucks horribly...i would not recommend my worst enemy to this company.     I got a new XfINITY CABLE BOX and after 6 hrs the box shut down. After another 6 hrs, it never did come on. The service dept had me jumping thru hoops to fix i from my end. I was very clear about the 3 lights that wouldnt stop blinking. This was Saturday. On Sunday the service guy came out and immediately said the box was broken.     they advertise an offer for internet and cable for 39.95 and no extra install cost.     I ordered Xfinity Home Security from Comcast/Xfinity. I have never in my life been through such a horrific nightmare! The story is so long and horrible, I will just say do not even look at their website...move on.     I had a guy come door to door selling xfinity and I thought why not hear him out. After speaking with him twice I decided to go with it. He promised me that it was a locked price for 2 years and it would not increase after 12 months.     I have grown up with Comcast as out primary cable provider my whole life, and when I was younger I never had any problems in my parents house it ran like a dream. So when I moved in with my boyfriend I was immediately disappointed when he had FIOS in his home.     Comcast Xfinity Internet is great, no complaints. The alarm service, fine. Cable completely sucks, On Demand is always messed up, error messages constantly whenever you try to view or buy a show or movie. I cannot believe we pay hundreds of dollars every month for boxes that are always need to be restarted.     Iam looking forward to my contract with xfinity being up so I can switch to another provider. Since I have been in Colorado I have had Satellite service and another cable provider. I moved to a place where xfinity was my only choice it is the worse service ever. The equipment never works. You are always receiving error messages. Customer service is horrible.     We have comcast bundle ( approximately 300.00/mo) We continue to have dropped coverage and when you call to seek assistance you get a representative from a non-English speaking country. That would be okay if I too was in a non-English speaking country.     Comcast is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I started up service about 2 weeks ago and they cancelled my order. I found this out after trying to pick up the equipment at one of their stores. I start service again and they charge me a $100 for a deposit.     Comcast scheduled a transfer from FIOS to Xfinity for 8/6/2014 between 9 -11. I took a half day off from work. Service person shows up a few minutes after 11.     This is the worst internet service provider possible . Every two to three months my internet stops responding and I have to call , after being on the phone for 45 minutes they always want to set up an appointment for a tech.     I just started a comcast account as the primary on an account, I have been on a comcast account for almost two years. I get my first bill and there is a $150 deposit fee. I had no prior knowledge of this fee. I call and they said my credit was ran and that deposit charge was based on that.   • Saddened, frustrated and disappointed



    I've been with Comcast/Xfinity since the 90's when they were I believe Time Warner. Sad to say my recent experience has been devastatingly terrible and unexceptable.
